We believe a great burger doesn't need to be complicated. A perfectly seasoned ball of fresh beef, smashed flat on a screaming-hot griddle until the edges get impossibly crispy — that's the magic. Every ingredient earns its place. If it doesn't make the burger better, it doesn't go on the burger.
